Default Suspension Question

aight basically whenever i hit a bump in the road or what not my suspension makes a sound like something is hitting something else, like metal vs metal, if you've ever hit a bump really hard and you have heard that sound, it sounds like that everytime i hit a small bump in the road, any suggestions? maybe something lose around my shocks?

Could be upper or lower ball joints. Also could be a tie rod end.

Those will always give you the knocking sound that you describe.
