Default Suggestions please.
I just picked up a used b18b head. I will be having a port and polish job done on it and was wondering, what brand of valves and springs are most highly recommended?

We carry a few types of valves, but I always go back to the inexpensive ones, because they work.

Valve springs, Crower dual for the LS.

Makes the valve train good to 8.5k

I agree. I personally use OEM stock ones on my turbo car. I dont believe in using aftermarket unless going FULL RACE.

If you are going FULL RACE I have heard good things about Ferrera valves. Not to be used on mild applications though.

I just got Crower SS valves for my turbo B18C I'm building for my '89. I'm very impressed with the quality. Made the valve job easier.
