When i remember right, the VTM signal is also known as VTEC-Pressure signal.
When the VTEC is active (and the oil pressure is high enough) the line shows +12 Volt (or Battery voltage).
The only time i read the term VTM was on the wireing of the Field VTEC-Controller. Hope we mean the same VTM ...
