Default Stumped - Oil sender in way of PCV 'box' - Easy solution?

Today I got around to hopping under my car to tap out my stipped oil drain and I ened up putting on my oil pressure sending unit. Noticed that once its installed I could no longer by even a long shot get anywhere close to installing the PCV black "box" that bolts up to your block (d16a6 btw) because my sender was in the way (sender on the passenger side of oil T and oil feed is on the drivers side)

You cant rotate the oil T any other direction, up it hits the water neck, down it hits the filter

Heres someone elses pic, DONT MIND THE RED CIRCLE< I DIDNT PUT IT THERE

Last year I ran just with this box bolted to the block and then vented to the atmoosphere. But I know I cant just leave the block open like it is, but I dont have much room to work with

What did you guys do?

1/8" NPT plug.

That pressure sending unit only controls the light on your dashboard.

Could you get rid of the "box" and hook up a oil catchcan?

I personally dont care about a catch can, I dont mind running it to the ground, but I dont know if you can simple run a tube form the block and turn it down to the ground

I dont know if oil will be sloshing in that area and Id lose a lot of oil very quickly
