I have a 95 civic which i put a JDM h22 OBDI engine in. It has never been started.
I cant seam to get any spark but putting a plug in the wire and grounding it as I was told
The wires are good
Cap looks like new
Igniter checked out fine
Coil checked out fine
only CEL is 22 which is vtec pressure switch that should stop it from starting
fuel pump primes
no blown fuses
it will turn over all day but no hint of starting
oh its grounded as well, i even added another ground to the engine
I have no idea (or anyone else) what is wrong
pLEASE HELP

 

You need the resistor box I believe it's called it will just plug up. Then your car should start right up.
