Default Stuck Spark Plugs

Anyone ever suffer from stuck spark plugs in there Vtec Head? I know they are not over tightened but maybe carbon build up??? But the Two Center Plugs will not move at all. WD40? Anything else work to solve this problem? I am applyin heavy torq. but I don't want to break the plugs.

when you first put them in, did you torque them right (not over tighten)???

By the way, anyone know how much you should torque spark plugs?

Those were from a JDM engine. That one was stuck on there because the hole was filled with water. Who knows if they used antiseize or how much they torqued it down..

Anyway, It had to go down to the machine shop to get it out.
