Default stuck bolt

in a 88 civic dx hatchback, the pivot bolt holding the alternator from the bottom of the car - i got the 14mm nut off of the bolt, but the pivot bolt is not coming out! ive tried using WD-40, a hammer, heating it, blah blah blah...any methods you guys used to get this bolt out?

Try putting some 'liquid wrench' and let it sit over night. Get a 14 mm closed box wrench with an extended handle the next day.
