stubborn distributor rotor screw

stubborn distributor rotor screw
somehow its kinda rusted and starting to strip when i try to unscrew it. this sucks. any ingenious ways to get it out w/o having to remove the distributor? i dont have a timing gun.

screw it. i just need access to the wires to install a btm so i'm gonna cut through the plastic covering. it sucks that you have to remove the rotor in order to remove the plastic covering.

i never thought about the dremel, and I have one too 
I was too lazy to deal w/ the plastic cover today but now I'll try w/ the dremel tomorrow. thanks.
