stubborn distributor leak on gsr

I have cleaned and polished and put a new OEM Honda dizzy shaft seal and still leaking. I see the oil on the bottom mount leg and under it. and it drips to the headgasket on the front...
is it a common problem on gsr or theres something wrong with it. OEM dizzy also and no oil inside dizzy

There are a few source for your leak:
1: Distributor shaft seal. This will cause oil to accumulate in the distributor cap and leak from it.
2: Distributor O-ring seal on the cylinder head. This is the O-ring that seals off the head to the distributor, common leak point.
3: VTEC base gasket leakage, Tends to occur based on experience due to running the wrong weight oil, or removing the VTEC assembly too many times.
4: Exhaust cam seal leakage. This is very common and there are aftermarket seal assemblies available to help eliminate this leak.
5: Valve cover leak. This will occur in the humps of the cylinder head if sealant is not applied to the corners of both cam caps on the rear of the engine.

id check that back corner of the valvecover gasket, and there is also the oil port back there that we use for lsvtecs that may be leaking. lastly, there is that fine thread hex head plug that seals up the bar the rockers ride on.

its all brand new Honda gaskets
after replacing and washing everything yesterday the oil is back at same spot on the front of the engine /tranny where the stamp is
im suspecting now that headgasket didn't seal
dizzy seal is new and thicker now
vtec solenoid seal is brand new Honda. cleaned surface and everything
stone/ishino headgasket and arp headbolts

After finishing torquing all the head bolts down, did you let the car sit for 30-45 minutes first before adding fluids?
I've always read you let an MLS head gasket sit to bond with the mating surfaces before you introduce motor oil and coolant to the engine.
