Strut Bars are LAME
Ok now you have looked at the post:
What do you think about strut bars. I think the ones with hinges are LAME What do they actually do. I have a Factory 1pc par on my GSR and I think its a lot better than any 3 piece one. More rigid. with those 3 piece bars the thig would just flex with the car? Right? Look at the TRD bar for the mk4 supra. ITs all one piece. And look at the stuff they sell for Hondas, Most of them are the 3 piece kind
How can a bar like this do anything for helping the chassy flex?
I know you need some flex or else you better have good tires.
I just dont get this 3 piece stuff.

hey..
I put one of those cheapo 3 piece bars on my FD RX-7 (which already has an incredibly stiff chassis). And it stiffened up the front fairly significantly. Turn in was much better, and more precise.
Well worth the $9 + shipping I paid for it (off ebay)
I'm sure a solid piece would be better, but I don't need to spend the extra $150 right now..

OEM one is good enough...cheep aftermarket is just for cheep looks...3 POINT is even better...3 PIECE..will work about the same as OEM, bucause see how the 2 bases has 3 little bolts that bolt to the chassis??
those bolts make the base part of the chassis AND extends it up a little more thus creating better leverage...then the cheep bar that goes across holds it as one piece....
..it helps..and is better then no bar...but then one in that picture looks really weak on the base...but maybe because it has that "V" shape for integraty so it doesnt need to be really bulky....
..i would preffer this one...
