hey i was wondering if there was any extra protection if you had a strut bar on your car in case of a crash. since its a brace, and is resiliant to flexing, in the event of a crash, could it be perceived to help you a bit?

well i dont really know, but a friend of mine had a small tear that you can see underneath the wheel well. from there you can see into his engine bay. the strut bar held the the car in shape. if it werent for the strut bar the shock would of just shot up.
