Default d15b jdm vtec question

I just swaped a JDM d15b vtec into my 94 civic. Everything bolted up perfectly fine but when i took it out for the first time, we noticed it missing just randomly throught the driving range. It idles fine, but as soon as there's load on the engine, it starts to buck and miss. I put the dizzy and TB from my old d16z6 on the new motor, tried replacing the plugs, wires and adjusting the timing, nothing fixed it. I'm out of ideas, any clue? Should i try swaping the fuel rail/injectors? thanks.

timing belt may be off a tooth or two. which ecu are you using, although it shouldnt really make that much of a difference.
