Default Stroker crank?

I read was leafing through a copy of this months honda tuner and I read somone mentnion using a b20a crank out of the old school preludes to stroak a ls motor? This is the first I have heard of this can anyone shead any light on it?

I beleive that the crank is to big, or actually, the block is too small. I was going to use an ITR crank for my JDM b16, but it wouldnt fit. You can buy a special kit (a stroker kit i think its called), but its not worth the money. Youd be better off buying a whole new engine.
