The stroke of the engine really wouldn't have a lot to do with streetability of the car. What you would get is more torque at low rpm's as well as an increase in peak power, and very likely a decrease in the point of peak power output as well as a decrease in redline assuming all other variable were the same (compression, cams, timing, etc.). This would actually make it more street friendly to some people due to the increased low end torque. The motor would also be less rev happy. However in a race engine, the increased torque and displacement can make for some crazy fast setups when the engine is properly built.

Got a stroked b16 to 1.8 and rev it to 10000 rpm all day long. What size stroke you runnin in your b18c. Try to keep your rod stroke ratio above 1.5

We ran a stocker motor last year and it was overkill. You can make all the power you need out of a stock b18 crank. I would spend my money on something else. It will be ok on the street. However like I said you can make all the power you need on a stock Honda crank.

Good luck
