Default stripped out screw head, any options?

Its the screw on the distributer rotor. the little bleeder was in so tight I stripped it trying to get it out! what now? thanks for any advice.

I had the same problem on my stock motor when I first bought my car. I used a really small drill bit and drilled it just a little and used an EZ Out and it came off pretty easily. That's how I usually remove stripped screws. When that doesn't work I sometimes use a dremel with a saw disc and cut a notch across the head then use a flathead screwdriver to remove it.
