Stripped Allen Key/Hex Bolt
Had to replace a 14mm with a allen key/hex bolt for clearance reasons. When attempting to remove it, the hex slot stripped.
I wanted to know if anyone had any tricks on removing something like this? I'm a little wary on using an EZ-Out as I've had bad luck with them in the past. Only thing I can think of is grinding two parallel cuts and using an adjustable wrench.
TIA

Depending on how much room you have I would try and chisle or cut slots on the head of the bolt. Then use an impact driver with a flat tip screwdriver bit to break it loose then just use a flat tip screwdriver to take the rest of it off. Or you can chisle a slot on the bolt head and use a punch to spin it out. Or you can try left hand drill bits. Or use easy outs. Like I said it all depends on how much room you have to work with.
