Have a strange sound coming from my 97 accord it sounds like something is grinding but when I put the cluch all the way down it stops also losing some torque as well can someone help

 

that sound you hear is coming from inside the transmission...nine times out of ten its a bad bearing... honda manual transmissions really arent that tough to work on, theyre as simple as it gets when it comes to manual transmissions.
check your transmission oil and top off as needed with honda manual transmission fluid..

as far as the torque loss issue - it can be a number of things. really need more details to suggest an accurate solution....
it can be anything from a restricted cat, to lack of maintenance, to a clutch slipping, even that bearing noise you hear in your transmission can be robbing some torque...

name all the symptoms your experiencing and dont leave out the details...
