Default Strange hesitation

WHat my problem is at partial throttle I get a wierd hesistation and my AF guage goes atomatically to lean. I give it a little bit more gas and it goes away. when it is really bad is if Im going down a hill at partial throttle. I have replaced the O2 sensor, adjusted the TPS, replaced the plugs, cap, and rotor. The wires are Magnecores that are fairly new, but did this before the wires. THis really bugs me when Im driving in town and in traffic it bucks and stutters and throws a code 1, but like I said give it a little more gas and it goes away. I guess what Im asking is could the ignitor cause something like this. The ignitor and distributor are the only other two things I could think could cause this. Any ideas? oNe other thing, if I run less than 48psi on the fuel pressure with vaccum, it gets worse. If I run about 54psi w/vacuum it happens less, but loads up at stop lights.

Here's my set up:
OBD0 ZC engine in a 90 SI hatch
ported head
Webcams regrinds
RC270 injectors
MSD 6AL ignition
Zdyne ZC ecu conversion
RC throttle body
I/H/E
Endyn/Bosch fuel pump

Thanks
Gary

Dude I had this same problem on my red car w/ b16a. I tried everything, diffrent pump, 3 other distribs, cap, coil, wires, timing, nothing would fix it. Changed out my ecu from a gs-r to a p30....ran perfect
