my friend needs to pass emissions here in TN. All they do is plug the computer to the OBD2 socket and check to make sure there are no codes. He has an LS/VTEC. Would a stock OBD2 GSR ECU be ok to run the engine? the ls/vtec engine is all stock(stock head, stock block).
