Default Starting Problem, Need Help!

My 93 Accord LX (auto) was running fine, parked it, then about a few hours later it wouldnt start. No cranking, just one click. Checked battery, grounds, terminals, checked for corroted cables, starter tested good, ignition switch is working, pump primes, relay clicks, no CEL's ... Car still wont start, just clicks. Then I pulled the dizzy cap to see if the rotor spinned with the cam/crank. After spinning the crank about a quarter turn, she started right up and idled good, no smoke, no knocks, no weird idling. And started up again.

My question is why would the car start only after turning the crank a little bit? If my timing was off, wouldnt the car run like ****, or at least idle funky? I'm assuming I need a new dizzy, but I just wanted some input on what you guys think it is and if this has happened to others. Also, once it started, still no CEL's. Any help is appreciated.
