my del sol has not been driven for a couple months because i have been doing body work on it. i would occasionally have to start it to move it out of the garage to do stuff, but it wouldn't ever start rite away. it would crank, but not turn over, after tying a couple times it would finally turn over. i figured the starter might just be going bad, but tonight i went to start it and on the second try in turned over but as soon as i gave it gas it bogged out and shut off. can i get some help on what the problem might be, i am planning on painting this weekend and i want to have it running.

 

Sounds like it might be a fuel issue.

 

check your feul pump relay its located under the driver side of dash area next to your hood release, sounds like the problem to me. good luck

i will check that this evening. it is definatly not getting fuel to the engine, i hope that fixes it. thanks
