Could be your battery, have you made sure to charge it up? Also are you sure everything was put together correctly inside (flywheel in the right place)?

yes, the holding pin and everything was lined up, even made sure the tdc mark lined up with the cam gears. I have an Optima battery, but i don;t know why it would be out of juice, i took it off to change these things out. Maybe i will put the wheel on and try and jump it off.
