Ok guys so after two days of of trying to diagnois this stupid stalling issue I have to ask for help. Before you tell me to search, ive spent two days searching and it seems to be a common unanswered question. so heres the details. i have a 90 crx with a b18b obd2 swap. all electronics are obd1. it wont cold idle until you hold it steady for a few minutes. If you rev it up it and let off the gas it just dies! ive double checked mechanical timing and igntion timing. tps is .5 at idle and 4.6 wot. ive cleaned the iacv twice, when you unplug it the idle stays around 500rpms the idle screw doesnt even effect the idle. it just failed emissions with high hydrocarbons. sorry for the mess im at my wits end with this problem.

 

I threw in a new ignitor and it still does it. I also replaced the o2 sensor but still no luck.
