Default stalling

when learning how to drive a stick stalling happen here and there but how bad is it for the car? people say it hur the tranny and other say just the clutch?

wont do damage now but yes it could be kinda hard on the motor being bogged down hard but dont do it all the time, they are designed to run in their power band, they have no power at 1000 rpms//so give it some throttle and let clutch out...dont bog it!lol...
