Default STAGE 2 OR STAGE 3 CAMS

I have a B18B1 in a 1993 Honda Civic Dx I drive my car to work everyday but I also I like to go you the track and run. What stage cams should I do. And by the way I will do head work and I have the money to do other upgrade alos.

cams are designed to run with different types of setups, more details on the motor will be helpful...compression etc...Miller

You should call the cam manufacturer and talk to the tech guys they can tell you what cam would work the best with the setup that you are planning. They know what the cam was designed for and can give you ideas that will give you the most efficient set up.
