Looking for reply or those that have done this modification, not the people on here who have heard that this works from there brother's uncle's horse... Will these resistors work as far as the wattage rating goes. I don't care about price, but want to make sure I pick up the correct resistor the first time so that I do not need to keep having to reset the SRS light and keep the passenger side airbag functional for passengers while the car is on the way to the tracks.

If you do a random search on the net for 2.2ohm resistors, a bunch come up, however they all have different wattage ratings. If you have done this modification (the resistor comes with a lot of quick release/hubs...unfortunately NRG does not come with the resistor in its packages...please reply with some good information. I hate the idea of airbags, especially in a car thats dual purpose. Id much rather have control over my car instead of barrel assing into spectators.
Thank you everyone in advance for your replies.
