ok here's the low down on the SRR gears. they are good stuff, but you have to make sure you get a set of the ones that are accurate. We have never sold the Cam gears yet. BUt the new style is better design and we are getting a good stock on them for March.

The reason we didnt carry the older ones is that I've seen some that didnt have the timing marks and someone brought me one that had the timing marks that were off. we were skeptical of the first batches and waited until they made the new ones.
I'm not sure of other SRR retailers even check this and if they have the ability, but some jus sell them to make the quick buck. If you have the older set, check the timing marks.. im sure many of them are fine.

The new style i recommedn though. good stuff.

you guys have to realize that just because they are "just" cam gears that they dont involve precision in manufacturing. simple writing that are off can make the cam gear useless.

SO low price is not always the factor in choosing "simple" parts such as a cam gear. choose the one that works and you know will last through the abuse you will put the cam gear to during gear adjustments and tuning.
