Default sqeaky noise

I have a squeaky noise coming from the passenger front suspension. I've taken the wheel off, jacked it up, put the car in drive and when it spins the brake caliper is moving sideways. Could I have a bad caliper or a warped rotor. Or could it be something like wheel bearing or axle?

if its a suspension component you should be able to reproduce the sound just by pushing down on the passenger side fender. A wheel bearing or brake problem is more of a constant sound that should only occur when the wheels are turning. A bearing or axle problem would also be more noticeable when turning.

What do you mean by the caliper is moving sideways(what is you reference frame)? When you are looking head at the wheel does the caliper move in and out or side/side?

Looking from the front of the vechicle the caliper moves sideways. The noise was present when I drove the wheels while it was jacked. Thanks

Probably a warped rotor. Could be a loose wheel bearing or a bent hub.
