at anythign less than 1/8 throttle its sputtering. any gear. im thinking its got a fouled plug or 2. that what my VR does when it fouls one or more. my question is...what would cause a basically stock obd0 b16a to foul plugs? bad wires or dizzy?

another question...what distributors, if any, are compatible with a b16a obd0 motor? seems like these things go a lot from what ive heard and i want to know what else i can use in case i cant get my hands on the right one.
