Default Spun bearing... How do i clean out the oil galley?

I recently spun 3 rod bearings, and was wondering how i should go about cleaning out the oil galley, and journals, inside the block. Could running about 100 psi of pressure(using a pressure washer) on inlet used by the oil pump to clean out the metal bearing particles. Any other ideas?

TIA
Tim

i worl at a machine shop and have to do it everyday...so here how we do it....while the block is in the parts washer we open it up and use small brushes that are designed to fit in the galleys soaked in solvent and clean the galkleys out thouroughly.....we also use magnets to get any possible particles not gotten by the brush......u can also use a pic tool to get any particles that are stuck to the galley walls
