Default Spring Rate For Ground Controls?

I have a 97 Integra ls waiting to assume the position (get lowered). What spring rate do you guys recommend for ground controls? I am piecing this together with KYB AGX's . My car is mainly a daily driver and there are lots of fun open roads here in Oregon that I like to take the corners in. I may be getting into solo 2 (autox) in the near future. Any help would be greatly aprieciated.
