No logo and no markings that id it as Spoon. Yes I have one
Intake side =70mm
Manifold side=62mm
The intake side looks polished and tapers down to the stock butterfly

If you have an ITR TB it is not worth the money.
If you where looking to get an ITR TB you can get the Spoon for a few more bucks

It is an JDM ITR TB brand new that spoon machined to 70mm and polished.

Doesn't seem like it'd be worth the $500 or so, at least for NA applications. Any thoughts guys? Differences between the spoon unit and having a stock GSR TB bored out? I know inline four & JG both offer bored out units, and for about half that price, probably with a core charge however.

i would think 70mm is a little extreme for a n/a application...forced induction is a different story...i would stick to itr or bore a gsr for n/a

JUN uses a 90mm TB on their NA motors. Hows that for size? Bigger than an LS1 TB. Anyway, the tps and map sensors alone cost $250 each brand new. It would cost you $700 for a brand new itr TB. If you're piecing together an ls/vtec or building up an SiR1 motor, than the spoon TB is a killer deal. If you already have an si,gsr, type r TB, than send it out to RC, they'll do a bore to spoon specs for 100 bones I believe. . .

I think the Spoon TB is worth every penny. It comes with a new map and TPS sensor. TPS sensor is pre-set so no need to mess around with that. Pull the old TB off, slap the Spoon on. Nice and easy

The Spoon TB is only 70mm at the plate and 62mm at the plate. I don’t think the Spoon TB is over kill for any NA setup. Even on setups with just H/I/E will benefit from it. The extra throttle response you get is great!!!

Jesus, a 90MM TB? That isn't on a street engine though, is it? I'm using a 90MM TB on a spider intake on my roadrunner, but that's a little different situation than a N/A 4-banger

My mechanic made my stock tb a very similar spoon one.
The butterfly is the stock one, but he machined the tb to 70mm like the spoon tb, after the butterfly my tb was machined again to 70mm, diferente from spoon.

also the part number on the sensors are diferente, don´r know if that affect performance or any other JDM diference.

I´ll post pics one of these days
