which are better all around cams and what horsepower numbers can i expect from a b16 with bolt ons. Also i hear you can just run spoon cams with type-r valvetrain is that safe and possible. searched and only found dyno's on skunk cams.

 

Spoon's are gonna be similar in specs to stage 1's. Stage 2's are gonna be a lot more agressive and will need valvetrain upgrade and a nice compression bump.

 

I highly suggest that you research the cams before you play on buying any, any one with the proper knowledge would know that these cams don`t compare to each other. my .02 cents. Try one of the teamintegra.com`s cam page
