Is this compression right?
Well I went to a few places like c-speedracing ect... And Im building a 99 gsr motor with Gsr head. It will have standard Ctr pistons stock rods with a OEM 3-layer head gasket. and it said with that setup I will have a 12:3.1 compression. Does that sound right? And built head (P&P head, all valve train upgraded and Jun 3 cams) and all bolt on's skunk 2 mani i/h/e cam gears act hdss clutch ect.. ... with a afpr and hondata s200 and typical fuel upgrades. can this type of setup be DAILY driven and reliabe on 91 cali octane? and what type of whp can this setup bring?Tuned by AEBS!
Also does that compression sound to high for cali 91 oct and be a daily driver without to MUCh hassle. If so what would you guys say would be a great compression with that type of gas and and my tuning setup? Or am i still safe? If it is to high what type of pistons would you suggest? I just dont want to have a hassle ever time i drive it. input would be great thanks.
