Default Spoon Headgasket

Does anyone know the thickness of both the Spoon 1piece headgasket and 2piece headgasket?
I'm installing Endyn (Wiseco) NA high CR Rollerwave pistons in my B18C1 and I need a headgasket to go with them. I don't want my compression to be rediculously high since it's my daily driver and I want to be able to run on regular pump gas ie. 94octane. I'm also running Jun Stage 3 cams and I don't want to have any clearance issues. Please post your input on any headgasket.

It sounds like you're already almost at the limits as far as piston to valve clearance is concerned. The combination of Weisco Pistons (12.15:1 compression I assume), Jun Stage 3's (high lift and duration), a thinner head gasket (be Mugen or Spoon), and the GSR head will yield a very high compression ratio. I wouldn't be surprised if you had to go with a stock head gasket just to avoid piston to valve clearance issues.

With that set-up, I would definitely recommend the exclusive use of Sunoco Ultra 94. How do I know? Because I have those Weisco pistons in my Type-R and They need high octane gas.

Good luck with your project. It sounds like it should be a fast set-up.

stick with the stock headgasket. one thing that larry at endyn will do is custom cut your valve relifes for more aggresive cams i.e. jun 3's.

Thanks for the info guys. Do you know the how thick the stock head gasket is? Is there any benefit from an aftermarket headgasket besides raising or lowering your compression?
