Hi. I bought a used Honda CR-V 2009 (full options) just last week. The mileage read 34000 km but the car's condition from the inside doesn't live up to that claim. Also, a few days after I got the car, the speedometer and the tachometer went haywire, pointing randomly. I opened the box behind the steering wheel to find a couple of wires that were disconnected and put back using insulating tape. Does this appear like a case of mileage fraud?
