Default Speedometer

Ok so I just got my Integra less than a month ago it's a 2000 Integra and the speedometer stopped working and the rev limiter is now kicking in at 5500 instead of 7500. I don't know how to change or check the speed sensor, or check the connection to the transmission. Any ideas or pics of how to do this? Thanks
