Default Speedo off

2001 civic ex 1.7 auto BMXA. My actual speed is approx 1.14 times what the speedo says.. I changed the geared speed sensor as it did not gave the correct one in it... Still the same... Any ideas??

Is it a km/h cluster or mph?

Drastic tire size change recently?

Had 195/65/15. Just put 185/65/15 on. Not much change at all. 1 mph maybe... Mph

Oh I checked the ECU reading with an actron and the speed sensor is sending the correct speed. Must be the cluster then?? Would a poor ground cause this. FYI. This May or may not be related but the fuel gauge is reading too high, the temp gauge too low, and tachometer too high, also the lighting for the odometer at night is so dim it's barely visible... This is why I'm thinking something with whole gauge
