You should be fine but if you still wanna pull some fuel then yes the easiest way is to do so with a VAFC or something... You are running a stock ECU right now correct???

Lower the fuel pressure a little. Use a fuel pressure regulator

well if its running rich and you have a stock ecu there isnt much you can do to fix it.
you could put a clamp on the feed line to the fuel rail but i WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST AGAINST THAT.

eithre accept the fact you run rich, fork out the dough for a VAFC or SAFC, or upgrade till you need that much fuel

an adjustable FPR is only ~$50. cheapest solution, aside from ignoring the problem.

By not replacing the fpr, figure on the cylinders getting scuffed. By the extra fuel washing the oil off the walls.

Getting an adjustable fuel regulator, will still have to purchase a fuel pressure gauge. In order to set it, after the install.

Untill you have your fuel system prob. fixed. Heres a cheap way- Buy some new plugs with a higher heat range. Your plugs now are probobly too cold and not burning up the full mixture.

your pob. not running rich, if your car was rich U would see the CEL come on. Your ECU should adjust your A/F automatically, and if it can't lean it out enough on it's own it will set off the CEL. You could take it to your local shop and ask them to hook up an OBD2 scanner and look at your LTFT (long term fule trim) and if it's lower than -15% then U might want to start chenching things out. Don't reset your computer for a while.. drive it around so it can trim the amount of fule for you. After a week or so of driving check the LTFT.

P.S. I love my OBD scan tool

Got it from autotap (www.autotap.com) for $190. It's just a generic OBD2 scan tool that hooks right up to your ECU scan port and it reads in real time, about 20 readings per second. Well, it's more like a conector and swoftwere that U connect to your laptop. They also sell a version that will let U repogram your fule maps but that's only for some american cars, so we are stuck with just reading engine paramiters. However, U can get plenty of info quick and fast when something is going wrong with the car. Also, it will log data and plot it or exoport it to excel and all that good stuff...

Here is a list of parameters that can be monitored.
http://www.autotap.com/generic_parameters.asp

I allways wondered why more peeple from HT.com don't have this tool, it's really nice.
