I was just wondering the best plug and gap I should use for my car. I have a 95 Integra w/ B18B. It has been ported and polished, it has a valve job also. I have a DC Sport 4-2-1 cer. header, lightweight flywheel, and an AEM intake.

I drive pretty hard and I keep it running good, or as well as I can. But I just want the best performance for it. Any ideas on what plug and gap?
