Default Source for front shock collar piece

I'm doing another suspension install. Beating that -expletive- collar off the OEM shock is beginning to get old, as is dissassembling and reassembling the suspension pieces. For this one, I wanted to get all new parts for the car - shock tower mounts, bushings, etc. The time it saves is worth it, and I like the idea of having the OEM piece all ready to go.

The problem is those collars that go over the OEM front damper so it can mount onto the fork. I checked at the honda dealer, and that doesn't appear to be available seperately. The service guy thought it was spot welded to the damper, although my experience is that it's an interference fit - why you can beat it off with a hammer eventually.

Does anyone know if these are available seperately from anyone? Or perhaps a used parts source? I don't really want to go beating these things off junkers.

Many thanks for any ideas.
