was wondering if any one would be able to give me some advise?

have H22 block sitting in garage and a gearbox off the honda CRV
was wondering if i could bolt the CRV box to the H22 that will be going into a CRX?

yes it can be done but you have to buy special mounts and a H2B adapter kit. I have not done it personally so I cant say much more than that.....Just search H2B and it should pull up plenty of stuff to get you going in the right direction
