Default Some questions: Ignition, boost control, and axles.

Does anyone know if the MSD digital 6 gets a signal from the igniter and the ICM? I have been getting some hesitation and bogging at high RPM when it is hot out. The MSD has a light on it that is supposed to stay solid, but mine starts blinking after the car is warmed up on a hot day. I thought it was the unit overheating so I took it off, but I still get the bog and hesitation. So, I'm assuming either the igniter or the ICM is overheating? any thoughts?

My car has been making a squeeking noise lately when I start off in 1st gear. It sounds like a metal on metal noise, and it doesn't happen all the time. I noticed yesterday that the tranny had fluid on it, and it looked like maybe the seal where the axle goes in was bad. Would this be the noise or would it be more serious than that?

I got my boost controller yesterday (Turbo XS), and was wondering if it is safe to use a fair bit of hose. I need to use about a foot and a half to mount it where I want. Do you think this will be safe of do you think it will spike? I definitely don't want any spike.

Thanx for any replies, I couldn't get any in the FI forum.
