Ok, so ive been thinking about investing in Hasports 4-2-1 header for the b16 swap in a late 80s to early 90s civic-crx. Ive searched in the archived posts but there was only two posts from the same guy that gave me some info. Now i know they fit up nicely and give a lot of ground clearance but what i want to know is how much power it gives you. No dyno results are out as of yet, so right now i guess im relying on your butt dyno to tell me how good this header is. Also, my friend just recently purchaced a header on ebay for around $150. Its a 4-1 header by some company that says its for a b16 swap in a civic-crx, much like hasport. Has anyone had any luck with this type of header? Another question: Which type of header is better 4-2-1 or 4-1? sorry for the long post
well i have b16a2,
bought ebay dc 4-1 rip offs for 150
and they were the same thing as dc...i had bought dc's the day after to compare them
retruned the dc's and kept the rip off
plus the rip offs were t304 ss and dc's are mild steal which crack and rust
they were even carb eo'ed

well then i guess that my friend got the right thing. but i think im going to stick with the hasport header. I need the low to mid range power. the vtec is enough high end power for now.
