Default after head gasket

how long after can i actually be hard on the car ..

putting one in today and there is a track day tomm .. so wondering if there is a time limit before i should actually take the car up to V-tec or up to 8000 rpm

I didn't wait at all... as soon as she started up and was warm I took her out and gave her a beating... she was naughty for blowing the head gasket in the first place and deserved it!
