i pluged in my p28 with my s200 and the s200 was blinking slowly so i figured it needed a new chip so i put a different chip in the ecu and turned the ignition to on and then got a solid cel plus the s200 was still blinking. so i tryed to check the cel by jumping the service connector and nothing (will not blink) i unpluged the ecu to clear the cel and nothing everytime i plug in the p28 i get a solid cell i cannot reset it i tryed to switch the chips back and forth and it still wont clear it. any suggestions on how to do this or why? thanx
