Default Soldering on Blaster 2 coil

Just wondering if any of you have soldered the + / - wires from an MSD6a Ignition onto the Blaster 2 coil? The male/female connection is OK and works. Just wondering if it was better if it was soldered and shrink wrapped.
Thanks...

OK, I'll just solder the wire connections and heat shrink...
