Default Is a SOHC VTEC silanoid the same as a DOHC?

Im runnin a SOHC on my GSR and it was doin fine untill i hooked up my VAFC, Now its throwin code 22, VTEC pressure switch i believe...

Does anyone know the answer? Should i replace the VTEC pressure swith or could the VAFC wiring be the problem? It hits VTEC fine it just throws the code up.

A added bonus for you smart guys... Why is my VAFC not holding memory? It was earlier, but when i disconected the harness to mount it...its acting up and wont hold memory

On the VAFC, you basically tie into series with the VTEC line to the ECU, so make sure your connections are done correctly and on the right wires (the wiring should go from the VTEC solenoid, into the VAFC, out of the VAFC (another wire) and into the ECU where you but it, basically putting the VAFC into the circuit as a junction box)

Check your power wire and make sure you have it on the correct 12V source, and make sure you have it grounded properly. If you don't have either (or one not done correctly), then it'll basically reset itself everytime which is what it's doing.

For both things, check your connections again.
