what kind of difference?

-they are the same length
-they have the same journal width
-they have the same size wrist pin bore

they might as well be the same....

anything in particular you're thinking might be different? why the question?

Well I Bought a used set of ITR Pistons and "rods". The only thing I think is different is the rod end bolts. But I dont know I was told that p72 rods are also installed in ITR motors?

ITR rods are stamped with an R. They are essentially the same as GSR rods, but are stress relieved.

Only the size is the same. The stock GSR bolts are installed by torque measurements. The stock ITR bolts are installed by bolt stretch measurements.

There is a bit of confusion with the part sites, as they list the rod bolts with different p/ns for the 2001 ITR and GSR, but the rods sets have the same p/ns. I'm guessing that Honda either made a mistake or only decided to carry the ITR rod sets for parts.
