Snap-On.com
I have to give praise to snap-on.com for their speedy service. I ordered the valve adjustment tool yesterday and BAM it arrives at my door step today!
With the tool and helms manual theres no more putting off that adjustment

Manual didn't help me much at all, except for the valve tolerance specs. Just make sure you are looking at the right section for the right engine. If you have an ITR make sure you're looking at the B18C5 engine section, because the LS engine is in there too.
Otherwise I found these online guides to be much more helpful since they tell you what to do:

Total cost for was about 60 bucks: tool cost 46, tack on tax + shipping (ups ground ). I'll be checking both online and the helms manual just in case
